Exchanges & Returns

Items must be in new condition with original tags attached (unless faulty).

We’re happy to offer an exchange or refund if the item and its packaging are in original condition, with tags still attached.

We recommend using registered post for returns, as we’re not responsible for lost parcels.

Gift cards and promo codes can’t be applied to exchanges.

Timeframes for Returns:

  • Full price items: 30 days from date of delivery

  • Sale items: 21 days from date of delivery

    • Sale items can only be returned for online credit

    • Credits can’t be combined with other promo discounts

    • Special return offers apply to individuals only


Shipping & Delivery

We want to get your Minti order to you as fast and smoothly as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about how your order will make its way to your doorstep:

Order Processing Time

All orders are packed with love and shipped from Melbourne, Australia. We aim to process your order same day if its done before midday, otherwise it will be picked and sent the following day.

Shipping Times & Costs

We offer standard and express shipping options across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Here’s a general guide:

  • Australia: 2–6 business days (Express: 1–3 business days)

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped so you can keep an eye on it.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, we’ll send you an email with all your tracking info.

Note for International Customers

Customs, import taxes, and duties may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the customer.

Ordering from iloveminti.com also confirms your acceptance of these terms. They override any others, even if included in a purchase order.

By placing an order, you agree that we may add your contact info to our database for marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link or by contacting hello@iloveminti.com.


Pricing

Prices include GST for Australian customers.
For international orders, prices include a 10% handling fee (no GST included).

Prices may change without notice. You may be charged duties or taxes by your destination country—these are not included and must be paid on delivery. All orders are charged in AUD. Non-AUD figures are approximate based on exchange rates.


International Customs Charges

You may be charged customs/import duties. These are set by your country, and we can’t predict or control them.

All charges must be paid by the customer on delivery. Orders can’t be returned to sender if refused, and Minti won’t cover these costs.
Please note: we cannot mark orders as gifts to avoid customs fees.


Liability

We’re not responsible for any loss or damage from this site or linked sites.

We reserve the right to refuse any order without explanation. If an order is cancelled, we’ll contact you using the details provided and refund the amount paid.


Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We’re not liable for delays or losses caused by late delivery.

If items are out of stock, we may ship your order in parts. We’ll notify you using the contact info provided.

Make sure your delivery address is correct—we can’t be held responsible for errors.


Change of Address

Address confirmation is shown on the "Review & Buy" page at checkout. If you spot an error afterward, contact us ASAP at hello@iloveminti.com.

We’ll do our best to update your order, but due to our quick processing, changes aren’t always possible. If your order can’t be changed, please refer to our returns section.


Acceptance of Goods

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything’s faulty, let us know within 5 business days.
