Shipping & Delivery

We want to get your Minti order to you as fast and smoothly as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about how your order will make its way to your doorstep:

Order Processing Time
All orders are packed with love and shipped from Melbourne, Australia. We aim to process your order the same day if it's placed before midday, otherwise it will be picked and sent the following day.

**PLEASE NOTE:**  During busy sale periods, dispatch may take a little longer than usual. We’re a small team doing our best to pack and ship as fast as we can - thank you in advance for your patience ♡

If you need quickly, you can select **Express Shipping** at checkout for **priority picking and faster delivery**.

Pick Up Option
Prefer to pick up your order? No problem!
You can collect your order from our Minti warehouse at 595 Plenty Rd, Preston, VIC.

  • Pick up hours: 10am–2pm, Monday to Friday.

  • We'll text you when your order is ready for collection.

  • Orders placed before midday are usually ready same day.

Shipping Times & Costs
We offer standard and express shipping options across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Here’s a general guide:

  • Australia: 2–6 business days (Express: 1–3 business days)

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped so you can keep an eye on it.

Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, we’ll send you an email with all your tracking info.

Note for International Customers
Customs, import taxes, and duties may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the customer.

🇺🇸 Update: Shipping to the USA

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, additional tariffs and import duties may apply to orders shipped to the United States.
These fees are not included in your Minti order total and are the responsibility of the customer.They may be charged by U.S. Customs or your local delivery service at the time of import.
